Lions are naturly wild animals.
people catch them and put them in zoos, many zoos conditions are terrible with cramped enclosures. many zoos are so bad, they have to sleep in there own dung.
some zoos are lovely places for all animals like;

Those are the best because it gives all the animals lots of space and food
like this photo above, lions know when it is dinnertime.
